The Conversion Factory Proof of Concept

We start with a preliminary understanding and definition of scope, including selection of sample source and target data files.

In a matter of days, The Conversion Factory will deliver:

  • fully documented data maps, showing all the business rules for each conversion step
  • a mini conversion system, including generated code to drive the conversion of the selected files from source system to target
  • online and (if desired) paper reports showing data analysis and clean up, and conversion balance and exceptions handling
  • converted data in the target file layout
